Art of Acting Studio presents
2nd Annual Shakespeare Benefit
to raise money for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS
April 24, 2016
3pm & 7pm
The Shakespeare Benefit has been an annual event at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting in NYC since 1994. The Art of Acting Studio is honored to continue the tradition here in LA for the second year in a row. The event is an evening of Shakespeare performed by students, alumni, and faculty of the Art of Acting Studio and the Stella Adler Studio of Acting.
The Benefit was created in memory of Mario Siletti and Casey Kizziah, both incredible Shakespearean actors and teachers who we lost to AIDS. We hope to honor their work and their lives while raising money for those still struggling with this disease. Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS is one of the nation's leading industry-based HIV/AIDS fundraising and grant-making organization.
Admission is pay-what-you-can. All proceeds are donated to Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
If you cannot attend but are interested in donating to BC/EFA, you may do so online:
